This training was categorized as basic training. The goal of this training was to prepare educators so they will have the competences to create their own online learning using Learning Management System Edmodo.
<aside> 🧠 The idea of this program was based on how digital connections and internet can be used for learning activity. There are so many useful tools that in Learning Management System Edmodo related to learning activities.

<aside> ⚙ This program was developed using ADDIE model. The outputs of each step are Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Materials.
</aside>
<aside> 👥 The total number of registrants for this program was 200+ participants with 78% of it were teachers and educators from all over Indonesia.
</aside>
<aside> 📈 Based on pre-test, participants’ competence/knowledge about e-learning and edmodo was 33% and categorized as low. After the program, we did a post-test and their competence/knowledge increases to 81% and categorized as very high.
</aside>
<aside> 📝 Kirkpatrick model was used to evaluate the achievement of this program. There are 4 levels of training evaluation on this model, consists of Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results.
